We are inviting you to participate in a study about psychiatrists', psychologists', and other mental health professionals' personal use of psychotherapy and psychoactive medication. We are asking you to fill out a short questionnaire. This may take approximately 10 minutes of your time.
Your participation in this study is completely anonymous. Your participation is entirely voluntary and you may refuse to participate in the study or refuse to answer any questions you choose without penalty. There are no risks anticipated due to participation in this study, nor are there any benefits.
